JD: Description: The Corporate Financial Systems – FP&A Support Analyst will be a member of the FP&A IT Support team implementing new global initiatives and day-to-day support requests related to the global finance TM1 Planning Analytics financial planning models. Responsibilities: • Work closely with the global finance group and regional IT teams on implementation of FP&A system changes, specifically server standardizations and corporate technical security mandates. • Manage global set of Linux server environments hosting Planning Analytics Workspace. • Perform weekend server configuration changes and service restarts. • Perform scheduled service account password changes and maintenance. • Manage TM1 scheduled chores and validate data load procedures. • Regression test TM1 models after platform migrations and server upgrades • Execute TM1 model change control and production promotion procedures. • Monitor TM1 health and system alerts using the Pulse software application. • Perform software installations and upgrades for IBM Planning Analytics (aka TM1) and related support software applications. • Provide production support to global finance teams new user additions and security change requests.
