About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Business Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data insights and business decisions — turning numbers into clear stories that drive strategy and performance improvement.

You’ll collaborate across departments to collect, analyze, and interpret data, helping leadership teams make informed, data-backed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gather and analyze business data from multiple internal systems and external sources.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio.
3. Translate complex data sets into clear business insights and visualizations.
4. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact business performance.
5. Support strategic planning and forecasting through data-driven analysis.
6. Automate recurring reports and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
7. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting metrics.
8. Work with technical teams to improve data collection, architecture, and integrity.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Strong command of SQL and data querying.
2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
3. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools.
4. Excellent understanding of business KPIs, financial metrics, and operations data.
5. Ability to communicate technical insights in a clear, actionable manner.
6. 2–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in forecasting, trend analysis, or performance tracking.
2. Familiarity with Python / R for data manipulation and analysis.
3. Background in finance, e-commerce, SaaS, or consulting domains.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
