Mode of Interview: Face to Face (Mandatory). ***JOB DESCRIPTION*** Key Responsibilities: • Implement and configure SAP OpenText Extended ECM (Enterprise Content Management) and Document Access, to integrate with S/4HANA systems. • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand content management requirements & deliver it. • Design and deploy solutions to mass download SAP document from Content server, integrate with OTDS for user provisioning. • Provide technical support for SAP OpenText solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, business users, developers) to ensure seamless integration with SAP enterprise systems. • Develop and execute test, including user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare documentation for end-users and internal teams on SAP OpenText processes and functionality. - IBMFG2JP00004530
