· Should have production support experience in Sterling Integrator.

· Experience in trouble shooting Business Processes in Sterling Integrator

· Experience in identifying the errors and analyse in maps.

· Should have experience Service Now.(Incident management , Change Management)

· Administration knowledge of Sterling Integrator will be desirable.

· Good understanding of thevarious EDI messages used.

· Knowledge on Sterling File gateway

· Should have good hands-on Dashboard which includes Trouble shooting.
