Detailed Job Description: Technical Skills: Strong expertise in TIBCO BW 5.x, including the design and development of complex integrations. Hands-on experience in developing integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO Adapters. Familiarity with TIBCO Designer, TIBCO Administrator, and TIBCO Hawk. Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, and message formats like JMS and MQ. Experience in working with databases (SQL, Oracle, or other relational databases). Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience with TIBCO BW 6.x or other TIBCO products like TIBCO BE is a plus. Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and microservices architecture.
