Key Responsibilities

1. Lead project planning and execution for the esports mobile app and AI integration.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers and ML specialists.
3. Manage scope, schedule, risks, and resources for timely delivery.
4. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
5. Drive agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

1. 5+ years managing technical projects, preferably in mobile app development.
2. Experience managing full-cycle projects involving programming and machine learning.
3. Background in technology-driven industries, ideally esports or gaming.
4. Proven ability in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
5. Excellent stakeholder communication and able to work remotely with global teams.
6. Right to work remotely without sponsorship is required.

Nice-to-Have

1. Experience with esports industry standards and trends.
2. Knowledge of mobile AI application architectures.
3. Certification in PMP or Scrum Master is a plus.
