Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Developer

Location: Remote

Engagement Type: Part-Time, 20 hours/week

Client: Esteemed U.S.-based Organization

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize PeopleSoft HCM modules as per client requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with HR and IT departments to understand and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure system integrity and security, adhering to best practices.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end-users.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates to the PeopleSoft HCM system.
• Conduct tests to verify functionality and performance of developed solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM module development and customization.
• Proficiency in PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of U.S. HR policies and regulations is preferred.
