We seek an experienced Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Dynamics 365 applications with a strong technical background, coupled with functional expertise in ERP processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure various modules of Dynamics 365 according to client requirements.
- Analyze business processes and requirements to provide optimal solutions using Dynamics 365.
- Develop, test, and deploy customizations, integrations, and new functionality based on business needs.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth system operation and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Document all phases of the project, from requirement gathering to implementation and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of [Specify Years, e.g., 3-5] years of experience in Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the Middle Eastern market and business practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the Middle East.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
